This investment opportunity centers around a fund raising $28k allocated towards a pre-litigation class action settlement aginst TJX Companies. VALUATION:

● $450,000 to $550,000 if settled before the filing of class action complaints.

● $2.5 million to $5 million per state (excluding California) if resolved after a class is

certified or parties agree to certify a class for settlement purposes.

If a case in the fund is resolved within thirty days of funding the fund will recieve a 2x multiplier of the investment for that case. If a case is resolved within 6 months the fund will receive a 2x multiplier of the investment for that case along with 7% of the total recovery for that case.

Assuming the timeline is not met, and the investment horizon exceeds 6 months the fund will receive a 2.5x multiplier along with 10% of the total recovery. This is a generous return in the litigation finance industry along with a significantly shorter timeline enabled by the model that focuses on settlement and diversification which expedites returns.

The Series will participate the lawsuit until they have been settled and/or adjudicated which time all Investors will be paid in accordance with the PPM.

Investment Classes & Preferences:

This Series offers non-voting investment classes. Each class shall receive the cumulative, Pro Rata share of the profits of this Series listed below based on investment amount. Preferred Return

Class A: (95% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $20,001+
Class B: (90% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $15,001 - $20,000
Class C: (85% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $10,001 - $15,000
Class D: (80% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $5,001 - $10,000
Class E: (75% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $2,500 - $5,000

Example One:

If an investor invests all $28k (100% of the fund) putting them in class “A” and the fund resolves making $85,000 the investor would be entitled to 95% of the total return which is $80,750.

Example Two:

If an investor invests $4,900 (17.6% of the fund) putting them in class “E” and the fund resolves making $85,000 the investor would be entitled to 75% of $14,960 (17.6% of the total amount made) which is $11,220.
