This settlements is strategically aimed at resolving the lawsuit before it proceeds to trial, reducing legal complexities and potential costs while expiditiong returns for investors. Our focus lies within consumer protection laws, primarily in key jurisdictions such as California, Illinois, New York, and Florida with a primary emphasis on California, known for its robust consumer protection regulations.


VALUATION:

● $250,000 to $300,000 if settled before the filing of our class action complaints.

● $500,000 to $750,000 per state (excluding California) if resolved after a class is certified

or parties agree to certify a class for settlement purposes.

Term:

The Series will participate the lawsuit until they have been settled and/or adjudicated which time all Investors will be paid in accordance with the PPM.


Investment Classes & Preferences:

This Series offers non-voting investment classes. Each class shall receive the cumulative, Pro Rata share of the profits of this Series listed below based on investment amount. Preferred Return


  1. Class A: (95% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $20,001+

  2. Class B: (90% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $15,001 - $20,000

  3. Class C: (85% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $10,001 - $15,000

  4. Class D: (80% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $5,001 - $10,000

  5. Class E: (75% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $2,500 - $5,000


Example One: 

If an investor invests all $26.5k (100% of the fund) putting them in class “A” and the fund resolves making $75,100 the investor would be entitled to 95% of the total return which is $71,345.


Example Two:

If an investor invests $4,664 (17.6% of the fund) putting them in class “E” and the fund resolves making $75,100 the investor would be entitled to 75% of $13,217.6 (17.6% of the total amount made) which is $9,913.2.
