The investment opportunity centers around a fund raising $85k allocated towards pre-litigation class action settlements. These settlements are strategically aimed at resolving cases before they proceed to trial, reducing legal complexities and potential costs. Our focus lies within consumer protection laws, primarily in key jurisdictions such as California, Illinois, New York, and Florida with a primary emphasis on California, known for its robust consumer protection regulations.

This fund will focus on pre-litigation class action settlements to avoid the complexities of litigation while expediting returns for investors. Pre-litigation is also less costly, enabling us to fund multiple cases (6) at once. Bundling cases allows for a diversified investment effectively mitigating risk.

If a case in the fund is resolved within thirty days of funding the fund will recieve a 2x multiplier of the investment for that case. If a case is resolved after thirty days and within 6 months the fund will receive a 2x multiplier of the investment for that case along with 3% of the total recovery for that case.

Assuming that time line is not met and the case takes more than 6 months to resolve the fund will recieve a 2.5x multiplier of the investment for that case plus an addtional 5% of the total recovery from the litigation.

The Series will participate the lawsuit until they have been settled and/or adjudicated which time all Investors will be paid in accordance with the PPM.

Investment Classes & Preferences:

This Series offers 3 non-voting investment classes. Each class shall receive the cumulative, Pro Rata share of the profits of this Series listed below based on investment amount. Preferred Return

Class A: (90% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $5,001+
Class B: (80% Pro Rata share) - Investment: $2,500 - $5,000

Example One:

If an investor invests all $7.5k (100% of the fund) putting them in class “A” and the fund resolves making $33,000 the investor would be entitled to 90% of the total return which is $29,700.

Example Two:

If an investor invests $2,500 (33.3% of the fund) putting them in class “B” and the fund resolves making $33,000 the investor would be entitled to 80% of $ (33.3% of the total amount made) which is $8,791.

Our model converts lawsuits into an asset class by providing financing for incurred expenses, thereby enabling plaintiffs to pursue legal action.

In return, our fund secures a share of the recovery, proportional to the investment deployed. That being a two times multiplier (2x) of the initial investment plus an additional 7% of the recovery or a two-and-a-half times multipler (2.5x) of the initial investment plus an additional 10% of the recovery.
